How do I sign up? In order to sign up, please click on “Pay Rent Online – Click Here.” The first time, click the “Click to Pay Now” button, enter your information and click “Register.” When you make a payment, click “Pay Rent Online – Click Here.” It will ask you to enter in the address and then link you to that property in the system. Once you are logged in, select ‘Make Payment’ to make a payment or “Automatic Payments’ to set up an automatic debit each month. Why should I use PayLease? Use PayLease to pay by credit card or E-check. You don’t have to come in to the office or send your payment in the mail.
